Coach Vishal has over 10 years of coaching experience in the US. Coach Vishal emphasizes on fun and enjoyment while fostering player development through an outcome-based learning approach. He encourages players to ask questions and actively participate in their learning.

Coach Vishal is the founding coach of the cricket program at Rajasthan Royals Academy New Jersey (formerly Criclanes Sports Academy). He started the program with 6 kids and the program now has over 175 kids and growing. Coach Vishal possesses a wealth of experience coaching youth cricket teams across various age groups. Most recently this includes coaching the U17 Mid-Atlantic Region team at the 2023 USA Cricket Nationals, and U13/U15 NJ Hub teams. He has also served as an assistant coach for the NJ Lady Eagles at the East Zone Women's Tournament in 2023.

Coach Vishal Holds the prestigious Level 4 Elite Graduate certification from Coach ED Cricket, including personal mentorship from Gary Kirsten and Ryan Cook (current Netherlands coach). He is certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and prioritizes creating a safe learning environment.
